If you can read the instructions just because someone has performed the skill before doesn’t mean you should call them and ask them how to do something. Initiative is an important character trait to use. Take the initiative to try to do things on your own. Once you are given instructions, review the instructions and then ask questions. Don’t come and asking questions when everything you need is in your hand !!! Geez. The dumbing down of America has officially began.
